Because our class sizes are limited to 2 to 6 people you will actively participate in the creation of authentic hand-made pasta from start to finish.
Following the pasta making, you will be treated to an exquisite meal that includes a Fresh green garden salad, House made salad dressing, Homemade sourdough bread, Pasta and sauce (fresh-made by you), and Homemade Limoncello.
Charcuterie board and wine pairing are available for an additional costs of $15 per person. Must be age 21+ to participate.
We post a new class schedule each month. Our classes are designed to meet different ability levels. If you are unsure of which class fits best, contact us and we will make sure you have an unforgettable experience.
Cancellation - Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, 50 % refund if cancelled less than 48 hours.

Our pasta making classes are held in our kitchens in Summerfield and Deep Gap, North Carolina. We provide private hands-on instructions followed by a fine dining experience that includes a fresh garden salad, homemade sourdough bread, your very own handmade pasta, and homemade limoncello.
